The cancellation policy of the hotel indicates that the cancellation penalty is as follows:

For cancellations between 0 and 1 days before arrival the penalty of 100 % of the total reservation

The payment of the reservation will be made as follows:

30% WHEN BOOKING AND THE REMAINING AMOUNT WILL BE SETTLED WHEN CHECK-IN

PAYMENT INFORMATION

As per the policy, no-show charges or cancellation penalties will be automatically charged to the credit card provided to generate the reservation.
Upon check-in, guests must present a photo ID and the credit card used on the website for the total payment or guarantee.

GENERAL POLICIES

(1) Cancellations:

The deadline for penalty-free cancellations starts at the beginning of the check-in day. For example, if check-in is on January 1 and the policy allows cancellations up to 2 days before, the cancellation must be made before 11:59 pm on December 29.
Exceptions may be considered, subject to hotel authorization.

No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out.
In flexible reservations with total or partial refunds for cancellations, processing will occur within 10 business days after the request and corresponding confirmation.

(5) Important:

Extensions of stay require a new reservation.
All guests must be correctly registered at the time of booking; otherwise, additional costs may be incurred upon check-in.
Availability of accommodation at the same property for additional guests is not guaranteed.
Guests under 18 years old can only check in with an official parent or guardian.
The price does NOT include applicable hotel service charges, optional incidental charges (such as minibar snacks or phone calls, etc.), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges at check-out.

FORCE MAJEURE POLICY

Natural Disaster:
- Certificate for the remaining nights valid within 1 calendar year.
- Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- Subject to availability and restrictions.
Natural Disaster Alert:
- No penalty for date changes within 72 hours after the alert.
No Shows:
- There is no penalty from the alert issuance until 5 days after the hotel returns to normal.
Early Departure:
- Early departure without penalties, receiving a certificate for unused nights, valid for 1 year.
Rescheduling:
- Original rate guarantee for trips within 1 year after the original date.
- Must be rescheduled within 30 days after the natural disaster, with seasonal restrictions applied.
Policy Changes:
- The policy is subject to change without prior notice.
